Who we are
Our work centers health literacy, biological determinants of health, and culturally grounded education, with a focus on early adulthood and reproductive years to support long-term healthy aging. Through research, storytelling, and community-informed design, Khin bridges the gap between healthcare systems and everyday life because sustainable health starts with understanding, trust, and prevention.
Our Mission
To strengthen preventative health foundations through accessible, culturally grounded health literacy that empowers individuals to understand their biology, navigate healthcare systems, and make informed decisions early to support lifelong health and healthy aging.
Our Vision
A future where communities are equipped with the knowledge, confidence, and resources to engage in healthcare proactively; where prevention is valued as much as treatment; and where health education reflects the biological, cultural, and lived realities of the people it serves.
